So I have not updated for a while.I am sorry for that. This photo biz is slow going in Saskatoon. As such I have taken a non-photojob to help supplement the income while I hammer out resumes. That means photos at night and weekends plus the odd freelance job when they come about. Such as last night. I decided to hit the horse track to keep up the skills. Turns out I know the track photog and she wants some weekends off. That means I get to take pictures of a fun sport and get paid. Both things I love.

I am also working on saving up for a year in Africa and places beyond the Canadian border. Anyone want to join me? i hope to be out of the country in October...

This is a random stream that I found after driving up a logging road and nearly getting stuck. Not to mention almost falling in a creek with all my camera gear.

Nick was enthralled by the Alberta town of Cereal. So we stopped so he could get a Polaroid.

When I was driving back to Vernon, I happened upon an accident in Kelowna. A man was crossing the highway and was struck by a van. He lived, but he was in bad shape. I called the Kelowna paper to see if they were interested, but not many community dailies would run a picture with blood...

This was taken on the logging road before the road got too bad. i ended up having to back down part of it because I didn't have room to turn around. That little Firefly is one hell of a car!

Just a quick update

Just letting all you readers know that I am still alive. I have been in Vancouver for the week and I have not had the net so no updates. I am in Vernon right now, with limited internet. I should be back in Saskatoon in a couple days. I'll facebook you all later.
